1 Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the unique player account registered in your name on the taya1 platform, through which you deposit funds, place bets, and access gaming services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by taya1 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your personal bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into your taya1 Account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, or other gambling product offered on the taya1 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing casino gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your taya1 Account to your designated bank account or e-wallet following a valid withdrawal request.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and play at taya1. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal gambling age under Philippine law and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. taya1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification documents, and will immediately suspend or terminate any account found to belong to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age, with all deposits and winnings forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The taya1 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Platform. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are not permitted to use taya1 services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Creation and Verification

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

taya1 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws. You agree to provide additional documentation upon request, including government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by taya1 may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to immediately notify taya1 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. taya1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

taya1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT via Coins.ph). Deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your taya1 account are derived from legal sources and belong exclusively to you. taya1 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that are suspected of being derived from illegal activity, fraudulent sources, or third-party accounts. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed by taya1 customer support. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three (1-3) business hours for Philippine banks during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays).

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification status and VIP tier: unverified accounts may withdraw up to ₱10,000 PHP per transaction; verified accounts up to ₱500,000 PHP per transaction; VIP accounts may have higher limits as determined by taya1 on a case-by-case basis. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 PHP may require additional security verification, including video call verification or submission of supplementary documentation.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits used to claim bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are permitted only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawing deposited funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

3.4 Fees and Currency

taya1 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the Player. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4 Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the taya1 platform are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and other bet parameters before confirming the wager. taya1 is not liable for any errors or omissions made by the Player during the betting process.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered by taya1 are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body or league. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, taya1 will rely on the official result as published by the league or governing authority. Bets on postponed or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules.

4.3 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games (slots, table games, video poker, etc.) offered on the taya1 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical percentage of wagered amounts that will be returned to players over the long term. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP in the short term due to natural variance.

4.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by taya1 or our licensed third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.). All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels in the presence of the live dealer. Video feeds are provided for transparency and entertainment purposes. Players may interact with dealers via live chat, subject to conduct rules prohibiting abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language.

4.5 Maximum Payouts

taya1 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on specific games or bet types. Maximum payouts are disclosed in the game rules or betting market terms. In the event that a Player's winnings exceed the stated maximum payout for a particular game or bet, only the maximum payout amount will be credited to the Player's account, with any excess winnings forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by taya1 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. These terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games (which games contribute toward wagering requirements), maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and expiration periods (the timeframe within which wagering requirements must be met).

5.2 Bonus Abuse

taya1 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus terms, using automated software or bots to wager bonus funds, or engaging in any other fraudulent or deceptive conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

taya1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is cancelled due to abuse or violation of terms, any funds derived from the bonus (including winnings) will be removed from the Player's account.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Age Verification

taya1 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use the Platform. taya1 employs age verification measures including identity document checks and third-party verification services to confirm player age. Accounts found to belong to persons under twenty-one (21) years of age will be immediately closed, with deposits returned and winnings forfeited.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

taya1 provides tools to help players gamble responsibly, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits), loss limits (maximum losses over specified periods), session timers (automatic logout after a set duration), and reality checks (periodic reminders of time spent playing). Players may set these limits at any time via their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from taya1 for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to customer support. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked, and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals will be permitted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. taya1 also encourages players to seek help from third-party organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous Philippines and PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the taya1 platform:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, abuse bonuses, or engage in other prohibited conduct;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share inside information in sports betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Abusing customer support staff or other players through offensive, harassing, or threatening language;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of the taya1 platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that taya1 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

taya1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Platform. In the event of account suspension or termination, taya1 will conduct an investigation and, if no wrongdoing is found, return any remaining account balance (minus any bonus funds or funds derived from prohibited conduct). If wrongdoing is confirmed, taya1 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the taya1 platform are the exclusive property of taya1 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without prior written consent from taya1.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The taya1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. taya1 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, taya1, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if taya1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall taya1's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.3 Force Majeure

taya1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor strikes, power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor failures.

10 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the taya1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and taya1, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting taya1 customer support and providing a detailed description of the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law. For disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing or regulatory matters, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR's regulatory compliance division.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

taya1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Material changes to these Terms and Conditions (such as changes affecting withdrawal processing, wagering requirements, or dispute resolution procedures) may be communicated to players via email or in-platform notification at taya1's discretion.
